Shows studio presence and styles products daily with Photographers including clothing, handbags, shoes, and other related accessories
QC sets and captures/audits accurate data of styling corrections
Analyzes data and provides effective training with Photo team, including new hire training, 1:1s, and bi-weekly training sessions
Owns completion of all styling-related consignor requests
Coordinate, monitor, and pass out reshoots
Maintains integrity of style guides
Serves as an escalation point for problem solving in styling
Checks items off site for image integrity
Aids in the development of other team members - either as a mentor or supervisor
Helps with any large scale partnerships or projects as needed
Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
Partner with Assistant Studio Stylists and Management to monitor and restock inventory of styling tools and other related studio equipment
Partner with Management to maintain quality control of final imagery in a highly productive, fast-paced environment
Maintain continuous, open communication with the Photography, Merchandising, Warehouse, Authentication, Receiving team, and Retouching team
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum 1-2 years work or similar experience within the luxury fashion industry
Profound understanding of e-commerce model and industry standards for product styling
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to show initiative and ideas
Ability to self regulate appropriate time management dexterity
Works well under pressure in a high velocity environment
Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines
Impeccable fashion and styling intuition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Contributes and works well within teams
Basic understanding of Word, Excel
Understanding of Adobe Bridge and Lightroom a plus

The expected hourly rate for this role is 20.2-28.93. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
