Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator Associate joining our team to provide support with related work to the subcontract life cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.

 

HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Assists in the negotiation and administration of assigned NDAs, TA,s subcontracts, purchase orders, and other related agreementsAssists in preparation of subcontract solicitationsParticipates in the evaluation of subcontractor proposals for adherence to company and client requirementsParticipates in the review and coordination of approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of all subcontract documentsParticipates in negotiating and drafting subcontract modificationsPrepares status reports and briefs management on issues or problemsAssists management and subcontract personnel in preparing procedural changesAssists management and subcontract personnel in the resolution of subcontract-related problemsDevelops current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practicesParticipates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related disciplineRequired Experience: 0-2 years of related experience in contracts administration or corporate environmentRequired Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteRequired Skills and Abilities: Effective administrative and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to operate and negotiate independently. Problem solving skills.Security clearance level: None requiredLocation: This is a hybrid position working at a GDIT facility in Herndon, VA and remote. Position will require working onsite 3 days a week.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.16 - $32.49. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
