You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the Advanced Programs development Supply Chain Team. Our team is at the forefront of cutting-edge development, driving the delivery of critical hardware components and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet customer expectations.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading the management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs. You will lead multifunctional teams and drive the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, including price, and select or recommend subcontractors
• Administer resulting subcontracts and manage change activity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Desired Skills:
• Truth in Negotiations (TINA) experience
• SAP / Procure to Pay (P2P) experience
• IPT / SMT leadership experience
• Ability to work autonomously as necessary with reduced oversight
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Cross-functional Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
