Job Description Summary

The Subcontract Services Manager of the Facilities Hub is accountable and responsible for the direction and performance of the Subcontract Services Team. The Subcontract Services Team is comprised of staff that manages all financial and contracts & compliance related data for
the Facilities Hub.

This team interacts on a daily basis with the other operating teams within the Facilities Hub Organization to ensure efficient, seamless, and exceptional service to our clients.

The Manager, Subcontract Services’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily administrative team operations, client and vendor relationship management, SLA performance and Facilities Hub financial management.

This position will also provide other business-related support functions as requested in the performance of the duties of the Client Services Manager or as directed by Senior Management.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay: $80,000.Oversight of daily Subcontract Services Team operations.Provide daily supervision, annual reviews, staff development and succession planning.Accountable for managing P&L analysis, revenue enhancement.Monthly P&L reporting, and delivery to upper management.Manage AP, AR and vendor contract / payment processes.Oversight of all vendor contracts and compliance per client requirements and C&W Services protocols.Oversight of all client database development and management, delivery of all finance data to appropriate departments for processing.Continuous develop, execute, and provide training on Facilities Hub process and procedure.Support new client start-up, as required.Assist in preparation of client QBR presentations and reports.Oversight of all client required reporting including: Financial data and vendor compliance.Analysis and implementation of action plans to achieve high standards of the vendor and supplier networks performance.Act as department liaison between the Facilities Hub and our Legal and Risk Management departments. Ensure the requirements of our client’s business contracts for service are reflected in any legal agreements and all risk factors are mitigated.Oversight of all Facilities Hub database files used in the delivery of financial data to appropriate C&W Services departments.Participate in the Business Development process as a pricing and operational resource.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong people-management skills.Leadership skill, training and team management experience required.Strong process creation and management skills.Ability to take responsibility for work done personally and by a subordinate team member.Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.Minimum of an Associate Level diploma or equivalent.Position requires presentation preparation and public speaking ability.3 to 5 years’ Finance, P&L analysis experience preferred.Contracts creation and modification review experience.Comfort with negotiation.Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and lead a diverse team.Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.Must have strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.)  Experience with JD Edwards, and Salesforce preferred.Must have excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.Must be well organized and detail oriented, while applying sound judgment and decision-making skills to both routine and non-routine issues that arise.Candidates must be able to work well in a fast paced/high volume environment, and work well under pressure.Must be willing to continue training in their skill set to maintain knowledge in the latest equipment and technologies in their assigned duties.Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or another related field required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.CMMS/Work Order Management experience is preferred.
