The Procurement team within Supply Chain is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator Associate to join our talent development program. The program provides developmental opportunities to procurement professionals and will accelerate the readiness of participants for key positions within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ Supply Chain.

Along with specific hands-on training support, you will develop and execute acquisition strategy, manage supplier relationships and deliverables, and integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of sourcing, operations, logistics and/or planning.

The talent development program will include at least one assignment approximately 6-12 months in duration and require at least partial time on-site in Fort Worth, Texas. At the start of the assignment, training and development goals will be established to ensure accelerated readiness for future subcontract management roles. Individual development is a hallmark of this program and will be closely managed with structured opportunities for training, feedback, and mentorship throughout.

The talent development program is a great starting point or acceleration point for your career at Lockheed Martin. Through your temporary development assignment, you will gain broad exposure to supply chain challenges and engage with a variety of professionals to build your network. It is expected at the end of the assignment you will transition to a mutually agreeable position within supply chain supporting one of our major facilities in Fort Worth, Texas, Marietta, Georgia, or Palmdale, California.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field.

Basic knowledge of supply chain management and/or procurement principles

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
