PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Subcontracts Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX. This role plays a key part in managing procurement and subcontracting processes that support aerospace projects. What You’ll Do:

Qualify and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality performance

Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Prepare subcontract documents, amendments, and ensure compliance with prime contract requirements

Conduct commercial evaluations of proposals to support informed decision-making

Manage cradle-to-grave subcontracting processes, from pre-award to contract closeout

Serve as a liaison between subcontractors and project managers to ensure seamless communication and execution

What You Bring:

Required:

1-2 years of experience in subcontracts administration or procurement

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Familiarity with various contract types (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3-4 years of subcontract administration experience

Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

Experience with CostPoint/Deltek software

Pay Details: $24.25 per hour
