As a subcontracts administrator, you will bring your refined negotiation and organizational skills to manage the execution, administration, and management of critical acquisitions, documents, and programs. We need you to bring your subcontract management talents and strengths to our subcontracts team, where you’ll be a valuable collaborator who brings solutions to some of Booz Allen’s more complex problems.
As a subcontracts administrator on our team, you’ll use your pricing, compliance, financial analysis, program management, problem solving, risk mitigation, and subcontracting skills to capture, execute, and manage a wide range of proposals and contracts in support of the firm’s opportunities. In this role, you’ll participate in and manage every stage of the acquisition lifecycle. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for requirements and potential risks, advise program and capture teams on teammate proposal strategies, and advise leadership on potential risk mitigation processes and techniques.
As a trusted business partner, you’ll collaborate with other stakeholders throughout the company on the negotiation and administration of subcontracts and their respective programs. You’ll also use your analytical skills to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontract Agreements to the benefit of Booz Allen and its clients.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in subcontract administration with contractors supporting federal contracts
Experience with various types of contracts, including FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF Term and LOE, T&M, or various IDIQ types
Experience successfully negotiating complex subcontract terms and conditions or non-disclosure and teaming agreements
Experience with government subcontract file documentation, CPSR requirements, or the proposal process for federal acquisitions
Experience in a high-volume subcontract administration environment
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs)
Knowledge of Other Transaction (OT) contracts and proposals
Knowledge of GSA schedules, GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
