HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Develop and manage subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and proceduresCreate subcontract solicitationsSupport proposal effortsNegotiate price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conductingCompile reports for Subcontracts and/or Project ManagementCoordinate with other program and functional areasEnsure compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parametersParticipate in and/or manage special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Management, Contracts Management, Procurement, and/or Proposal Management experience required.Experience: 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Management, Contracts Management, Procurement, and/or Proposal Management experience requiredRequired Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteRequired Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Clearance: No clearance requiredLocation: This is a hybrid position working between GDIT Facility in Falls Church, VA and remoteDue to the nature of the work performed and access to restricted date, US Citizenship required
