Sr. Subcontracts Compliance Administrator | Pay: 100k - 120k/yr | Remote with Restrictions to DC, MD and VA

Job Description

Responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes. The role focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR and other supplements), maintaining purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with CPSR requirements.Conduct periodic internal reviews of procurement records.Support internal audits.Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs.Act as a resource for staff regarding procurement compliance.Essential Skills6+ years of Federal Subcontracts experience.Experience in conducting a CPSR Audit in the last 2 years and managing the audit as an expert.Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.5 years of experience in CPSR related procurement, subcontracting, or compliance functions.Experience in procurement compliance and policy management.Ability to conduct training and deliver effective presentations.Work Environment

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct internal reviews and audits. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $52.88/hr.
