Subcontracts Manager
Supervises professional level personnel and supervises and collaborates with management in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts. • Acts in assistant management capacity to Corporate Subcontracts & Purchasing Manager * • Oversees the amendment, extension, termination, and renegotiation of subcontracts. * • Support Contract Purchasing System Reviews. • Responsible for cost system setup and updates according to the contract * • Responsible for oversight of subcontract invoices * • Serves as a primary contact for customers and others * • Responsible for issuance of subcontracts and consulting agreements * • Responsible for preparing cost reports and verifying contract revenues * • Responsible for subcontract administration and closeout according to Acquisition Regulations * • Responsible for resolving contractual issues with the customer * • Directs the work of lower level employees. * At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
