Summary

We are looking for a live subject matter expert to join our Employment Law team. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients’ needs

Responsibilities

Review cases that go “Under Review” at the Intake Level and determine whether or not they are cases we would be able to assist with Updating Intake Status accordingly based on decision and claim status Ability to critically think and make informed decisions based on established criteria Ability to multi-task and review potentially hundreds of cases per day in a timely manner

Qualification

At least one year of full-time experience working in an office setting, preferably in the legal environment Knowledge of general office practices Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines Demonstrated skill in effective oral and written communication Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
