The IT team works in close collaboration with the local IT teams in the Business Units of Europe. All team members contribute to driving the strategic decisions in the areas of Core Applications, Networking, Infrastructure, Data Management, Security, Portfolio & Projectmanagement.

Subject Matter Expert

End-to-End Planning (Kinaxis)

 

Refresco is phasing out legacy planning solutions in favor of a central, European solution based on Kinaxis® technology. We are looking for a seasoned professional who helps our Business and IT community in the initial implementation and becomes later the IT reference person for the solution.

 

Tasks & responsibilities:

Support Refresco in the implementation of a new end-to-end planning tool;Contribute to the definition and harmonization of business processes related to demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and MRP;Perform fit gap analysis in order to replace legacy solutions by the newly selected European planning tool;Design and document interfaces between Kinaxis and other systems (especially SAP S/4HANA);Support our user community with testing, training, technical documentation;Work closely with business process owners, functional directors, key uses and other IT colleagues to ensure the harmonization of planning processes and tools;Customize our Kinaxis application or coordinate our external partners in the customization.

 

About you: 

You have a University degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business, Supply Chain Management or other related field;You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional IT consultant, preferably using Kinaxis technologyKnowledge of the FMCG is preferred;Experience or exposure to SAP is preferred;You need to be fluent in English and an extra European language is a nice to haveYou have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
