Subject Matter Expert Energy & Utilities

CGI, a global leader in IT and business consulting, is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) Energy & Uitilities t to join our team in Stockholm. This role focuses on helping clients in the Energy & Uitilities sector to transform their business models, optimize operations and enhance customer experiences using business and strategic insights.

You will leverage your industry knowledge, client management skills, and technological insight to deliver innovative solutions that address key business challenges in the Energy & Uitilities landscape. This role offers a varied everyday life. Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a SME Energy & Uitilities you will work together with our customers and help them with digital transformation and develop our sales and delivery models in the Energy & uitilities industry. You will be part of a team with several of our key people where you will have an important role in driving change and strategic plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Consulting: Partner with Energy & Uitilities clients to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges. Provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Conduct regular presentations, workshops, and reports to communicate project progress, key findings, and actionable recommendations.

• Change Management: Support clients in managing the change that accompanies digital transformation, including training, process redesign, and staff engagement to ensure sustainable adoption of new solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has the ability to take initiative and drive a business towards common goals. You are communicative, engaging and have excellent coordinating and communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you need you have:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Energy & Uitilities consulting, management, or a related field. Previous experience in a consulting firm or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of technology platforms connected to the Energy & Uitilities industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling data, interpreting trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex ideas and engage clients at all levels.
• Documented experience as a leader
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
