Our client, in wellness and technology industry is seeking a **Subscription Manager** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have subscription management and customer retention experience, strong data driven skills and up for the challenges of a startup environment which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Subscription Manager**
**Location: Manhattan/Work From Home**
**Salary Range: 110k - 160k (with excellent benefits and bonus potential)**
**Full Time - Permanent position**
**Some travel required (10%, quarterly team trips/national)**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention and growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our subscription offerings align with customer needs and drive long-term value for the company.
+ Develop and execute on digital app subscription strategies to drive growth.
+ Identify and implement new opportunities for app subscription revenue streams and collaborate with Product to optimize pricing and positioning of subscription offerings
+ Design and execute initiatives to attract new app subscribers through targeted marketing campaigns and work closely together with the Customer Success Manager, to develop and & manage customer retention programs, loyalty programs and benefits.
+ Utilize data analytics tools to track subscription KPIs, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in subscription management and customer retention, preferably in the wellness and tech industry.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Experience with subscription management platforms and CRM tools.
+ Proven track record of driving subscription growth and reducing churn.
