Summary: Provides Clinical Services to consumers in criminal justice programs

Job Duties:

Carries caseload of approximately 25 Maintains clear and informative charts as per Clinic guidelines Appropriately diagnoses clients and updates as necessary in conjunction with Program QIP Works with client to develop and implement treatment plans Refers clients to mental health services when appropriate Consults with psychiatrist on shared clients' medication compliance and effectiveness Coordinates client needs and consults with case manager when appropriate Conducts group therapy as scheduled Represents Clinic in court proceedings as needed Conducts monthly individual sessions
