Position Specific Description

This role is responsible for the implementation, development and support of the SuccessFactors platform. The analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure system solutions, conduct testing, and provide overall system support to support HR’s key initiatives.
 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR system development, configuration and support, along with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.  SuccessFactors Accreditations or Certifications preferred.


Key Responsibilities: Configuration: Customize and configure modules based on business requirements.
User Management: Handle user account provisioning, role-based permissions, and system access controls.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks. Manage data imports/exports as needed.
System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance and ongoing monitoring of performance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Coordinate system upgrades and new feature implementations. Collaborate with IT and business teams for successful roll-outs.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users. Develop user manuals and system documentation.

Job Overview

This position provides end-user support within the SAP software environment. Employees in this role are responsible for specification and configuration of SAP application enhancements and proactive identification of opportunities to use SAP functionality to better support business processes. Successful candidates will work with project managers, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Solutions Managers, and information management and business representatives to keep abreast of operational issues and initiatives with a potential SAP impact.

•  Develops strong familiarity with business processes that are in their area of business focus

•  Establishes and manages effective customer relationships with users of business, financial and operations systems as well as technical team members

•  Applies analytical skills within functional area to decompose work into manageable value-based units

•  Responds to requests, identifies conflicts, and make recommendations where needed

•  Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems

•  Uses knowledge of business processes to identify interdependencies and functional gaps

•  Builds strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and can analyze and determine failure points in the solution

•  Contributes to the application testing process directly and in support of end users

•  Creates and updates documentation, as appropriate for selected project framework

•  Maintains a familiarity with market trends in technology

•  Performs other job-related duties as assigned

•  Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

•  Experience: 2+ years
