Job Responsiblities

The SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing configuration and production support for various system modules within SAP SuccessFactors. The main focus will be the Employee Central module but may include working in Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding and Learning. Activities include coordinating projects with management, users and vendors; serving as a project leader with overall responsibility for production implementations; client support including, but not limited to continual analysis of departmental systems with focus on adding value to all processes, analysis, design and development of corrections; developing training for new processes and, enhancements; reporting, support; monitoring both internal and third-party integrations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Required: Technical configuration experience with SuccessFactors HRIS system Required: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central with knowledge of applicant tracking, onboarding     and Learning a plus Hands-on configuration experience and daily production support of employee HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors, with applicant tracking, onboarding and LMS configuration experience Previous experience working in a business analyst capacity, information systems, or related field. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Skillful in organizing resources, establishing priorities, time management, and meeting deadlines Job Duties Configure, revise and update employee HRIS systems, applicant tracking, onboarding and LMS, along with vendor integrations and third-party job sites, to meet both HR and Business needs. Serves as HRIS functional liaison and understands the function of all SuccessFactors HR systems, integrations and their utilization Develop requirements for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other related software products. Test functionality, build test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing, and train end users on new and current functionality. Maintains and supports SuccessFactors system based on operational and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades and enhancements. Determine future needs and communicate to HR and IT to support the business  Maintain collaborative relationships among HR, IT and community to ensure & define proper work streams Support reporting on production, volume, and other HR Workforce metrics.
