SucessFactors Analyst
Reporting to the Team Lead of HRIS and playing a key role in transformation of the HR Technology team this role will primarily be responsible for supporting SuccessFactors and being a part of the future enhancements and improvements to get the most from the SuccessFactors. The role will work with the internal stakeholders to provide effective delivery of projects to include systems process mapping, testing, updating documentations, user guides and training.
Role Responsibilities
· Analysis of Business and user needs, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirements (Business and Functional);
· Analysis of current processes/procedures and the development of recommendations for proper improvements.
· Experience in Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning,
· Expertise in Foundation Objects, Workflows, RBP, Business Rules, Picklist management, Data Models, Position Management and Ad Hoc reports
· A deep understanding of inbound/outbound integrations and out of the SuccessFactors solutions using Integration centre; and Integration platforms.
· Provide relevant subject matter clarifications for Client Business Users including the potential implications of functional and technical recommendations.
· Experience with Data mapping including templates preparation, uploading data and troubleshooting.
· Assist with the bi-annual system upgrades, reviewing what’s new, identifying changes, regression testing and promoting opportunities for system enhancements
· Understand the full HR systems infrastructure to ensure data management is secure and compliant with data protection policies
· Manage user and security profiles and role-based permissions.
· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
· Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
· Experience in Integration, Functional, Regression, System Testing, Load Testing, and UAT Testing.
· Train superusers on specific processes and application.
· Seek opportunities to provide value added/integrated solutions to meet Business needs.
· Assist in development of training materials.
SuccessFactors Experience
· Configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning,
· Quickly analyse and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
· Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable)
· Knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms and 3rd party applications.
· Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions
· Significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors
