What you'll do
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing quality treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PHS's clientele; and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner. You will Develop and maintain working knowledge of community resources, and interact with community partners as needed to support the treatment for your clients.
What you'll bring
Associate’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field Credentialed with the Department of Health as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) in the State of Washington in accordance with WAC 246-811
Preferably you'll bring
Completed first 50 hours of direct supervised trainingBachelor’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field Course work, experience, or trainings in human development, chemical dependency, residential treatment or related disciplines Experience with electronic records managementIf designated by the work location, employee must have a valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and a driver's abstract/driving record acceptable to Pioneer’s auto insurance company. Employee must meet requirements of Pioneer’s approved driver policy and guidelines.
