The role of a Sugarloaf Condo Houseperson is to service and assist with the needs of our guests, condo owners, and Housekeeping Department. A Condo Houseperson has a unique position within the department in that their responsibilities cannot be clearly defined, as every shift will be different. This position frequently interacts with guests in the hallways, rooms, and lobbies. The right candidate for this job will have a valid driver's license as you will be driving a work vehicle or your own vehicle to move between condos. This full time seasonal position comes with great job perks and is also eligible for an end of season bonus. Responsibilities Be willing and able to help any guest encountered with enthusiasm and a smile Be able to work as part of a team Clean common area and hallways as needed Deliver items to guest/owner rooms and condos Organize linen drops Assist housekeepers, laundry attendants, as well as other departments as needed Become familiar with all room layouts in order to meet guest needs and respond to questions/requests Escort guests around resort property and be able to answer guest questions Qualifications Must be a team player  Must have good guest service skills and be safety conscious   Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and do physical work  Must have clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license Must be willing to work in changing weather conditions Sugarloaf Team Member Benefits include: Free lift pass for skiing and/or riding (at Sugarloaf, Sunday River, Loon, and Pleasant Mtn) Discounts at resort F&B and retail locations Discounted ski/snowboard lessons and rentals Access to Nordic trails and discounted equipment rentals at our Outdoor Center location Discounted passes at other Boyne and partner resorts Eligibility for end of season loyalty bonus Team members can earn up to 40 hours of paid time off Team Events and Promotions
