Sugarloaf Reservation Sales Agent (Seasonal)
Overview Sugarloaf is seeking personable and friendly people to work as seasonal agents in our reservations call center. A Sugarloaf Reservation Sales Agent plays a key role in helping guests plan their Sugarloaf vacations. A Reservations Agent is expected to manage a high volume of telephone calls to assist guests in making their lodging reservations; in selecting resort packages and lift ticket options; and must also be able to respond to guest queries regarding a wide variety of additional resort offerings. If you enjoy talking to people and creative problem solving, this is the job for you! Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of phone calls to assist guests with reservations and inquires Be knowledgeable of resort offerings and events to assist guests in their vacation planning Be able to develop knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to respond to general guest questions Be able to forward guests with complaints/concerns to supervisor for resolution Have the willingness to be trained on reservation software Qualifications Knowledge of industry and area preferred but not required. Prior customer service/sales preferred but not required.
