Suite Manager - Sanford Center

Summary

The Suite Manager will provide quality and premium service to all suite guests while they are attending an event.  This position will serve as a hospitality host and official “greeter” for the facility and will work in-tandem with the F&B Manager and Suite Attendants with Food and Beverage to ensure that quality service is provided.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect all suites in the designated area to ensure cleanliness and correct functionality prior to each event.Greet each suite guest and unlock the door for suite guests to enter suite.Upon the first guest’s arrival into suite, the Suite Manager will turn on the suite light, open the curtain and confirm with suite guest that all needs are met.Suite Manager will work directly with Food and Beverage to ensure that all food orders are delivered and/or will make sure that Caterer/Suite Attendant is aware if suite guest would like to order food and beverage.Suite Manager will perform check-ins with each assigned suite during all intermissions to help ensure that premium service is being provided.Suite Manager will be on-hand during event to help suite guest with any issues regarding hospitality.Suite Manager will be knowledgeable of event and arena to answer questions from suite guests.Suite Manager will perform a suite check at the end of each event. Suite Manager will fill out a report at the end of each event detailing any issues that arose during the event. Report will be turned in to the F&B Manager.

Education and/or Experience          

High School diploma or GED and one to three months customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities  

Demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving.Attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and ensure completion.Ability to deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure and work independently.Must be able to work events as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
