THE ROLE   

The Suite Pantry Coordinator is responsible for servicing the Suite holder’s food and beverage inquiries on game day. You will work with the Pantry Supervisors, Suite Attendants, and Suite Host/Hostess to ensure fast and efficient service to all Suite customers. Day-of-event suite orders are placed over the phone or from the Suite Attendants or Suite Hosts; All orders are processed through the POS system then distributed to the appropriate staff member(s) for delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure total guest satisfaction by providing top-level customer service. Report to Suite Supervisor for Pantry assignment. Review all necessary paperwork/assigned duties with Suite Supervisor. Verify that all printers are working properly and all necessary supplies are at your work area. Review Suite orders and pick-sheets to verify accuracy. Inform Supervisor of any order discrepancies. Review all billing instructions, method of payment, etc. Complete suite checklist, including bill payments, special instructions, etc. Take orders over phone from suites Input food/beverage orders into Suite POS system throughout the event; Print chits and record on chit check-sheet. Close all bills in Suite POS system and review with Suite Supervisor at end of event. Ensure work area is clean and organized. Any other duties assigned by Management.
