Clocking in and out, signing in and out. ? Attend pre-shift meeting in assigned location. ? Following grooming policies and in complete uniform including name tag and ? non-slip shoes. ? Knowing suite numbers, pantry, and kitchen locations. ? Stocking suites with equipment, condiments, snacks, cold food and other items as needed. ? Prepping lemons and limes. ? Polishing and rolling silverware. ? Maintaining cleanliness of pantry. ? Careful handling of suite equipment and platters. ? Ensuring tables are not overloaded with dishes, etc. when cleaning suites. ? Notifying a manager of any missing items for suites. ? Assisting in hot and cold food distribution. ? Running DOE food orders to suite in a timely manner with appropriate accompaniments and utensils. ? Running additional dessert stock or other food items as needed. ? Knowing food/bread/condiments/beverages, including allergens, and appropriate serving utensils for items. ? Pulling pars accurately. ? Assisting with suite cleaning as needed. ? Bringing linens sorted back to laundry room. ? Completing any additional duties assigned by a supervisor or manager. ? Signing out and clocking out in the pantry. ?
