Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $17.50 to $19.10+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the renovation of the existing biking and hiking trail system. Will also work with the other members of the trail crew to complete the construction of a new mountain bike trail system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be aware of trail conditions and perform maintenance as necessary, especially after rain.
Use hand tools to finish machine built trail
Works with Trail Crew Foreman and Lead members on weekly planning and daily tasks.
Able to work long hours in an outdoor environment
Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
Trail duties include digging, raking, hauling dirt, rocks, and other materials, and tree removal.
Reveg at work sites
Able to work collaboratively with other team members to reach desired result.
Understands mountain firefighting reporting and Forest Service Protocol.
Understands 911 activation.
Communication with other departments.

Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs.
Must have a valid US Driver’s License
