About the Role:

As an Accounting Co-Op for TQL, you will be working with a team of Staff Accountants and our Assistant Controller to help in the preparation, analysis and communication of vital financial information and business metrics. This is a full-time, paid Co-Op for Summer 2025.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nManage the customer refund and rebate processes\nManage daily bank activity and responsible for booking daily bank activity into the general ledger. \nAssist in the financial reporting process and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial data, statements, reports and supporting documentation\nReconcile assigned general ledger accounts in a timely manner.\nContribute in the coordination of the year-end audit by the external accounting firm\nSupport the team with the monthly and quarterly presentation of financial statement information to the CFO

What you need:

\n\nPursing Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a strong GPA\nStrong work ethic\nExperience in Microsoft Excel\nAccuracy in daily work and other projects\nAbility to meet communicated schedules and deadlines\nTeam player mentality\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nCapable to operate in a fast-paced environment
