Summer 2025 Data Analytics Intern (Minneapolis, MN)

Role Overview:   

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Summer 2025 (ME) Miracle Ear Data Analytics Internship. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. 

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The Data Analytics Intern will focus on data analytics, ad hoc reporting requests, and own their own projects throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities: 

Maintain and improve BI reports for several stakeholders Analyze data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improve business insights Process improvements and project participation- identify areas of improvement in current reporting

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: 

Working towards a degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics or other related field Has worked with large datasets and building statistical models and dashboards Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

Strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention and focus to the business impacts;  Curious mindset; driven by data exploration, test/learn/adjust practices, and innovative ideas. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen. Ability to deep dive into details, connecting the dots and building the big picture  Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others  Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across organization  Proficient in SQL, Python or other programming language Proficient in Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tool Proficient in Dataiku, Alteryx or other workflow tool
