TITLE: International Technology Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

The International Technology Internship prepares you to be a technical leader in our fast-paced business environment. In this internship you will spend time exploring several functions within International Technology and learn how we use technology to grow and drive our business. If you have a passion for data, insights, and analytics, with an International business savvy focus, this is the internship for you!

INTERNSHIP DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The internship will be 10 weeks from June 2025 through August 2025 Each intern will be considered seasonal/temporary in nature Each Intern will be assigned a Coach & Mentor to guide them through their experience Each Intern will be assigned a project which will be presented to AEO Management at the conclusion of the internship Work closely with the International Technology Team to analyze data and provide action-oriented insights around key performance metrics Work with internal teams to gather project requirements to solve for business needs, perform hands-on analysis on internal data and assess performance of tools and campaigns Analyze large-scale data from multiple data sources, distill insights and communicate actionable results

TRAINING OVERVIEW:

Opportunities to learn about different areas of the business including data and analytics, online and in-store marketing and promotions On-the-Job training with assignments guided by an individual Mentor Classroom learning Individual and group projects Roundtables with top level executives Bi Weekly self-evaluations to understand progress throughout program Pre-planned events around Pittsburgh to get to know the city that AEO loves to call home! Opportunity for a full time offer into the AEO – IT organization after successful completion of the 10 week internship program

QUALIFICATIONS:

Students are eligible after they have completed their junior year at a 4 year college or university; First year Master’s students are also eligible Preferred majors include an Information Technology related degree – Computer Programming, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, etc. Minimum 3.0 GPA required Strong organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, specifically Excel

Pay/Benefits Information: 

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
