Summer 2025 Internship - Program Management/Construction Management

Freese and Nichols has a great Intern opportunity in our Program Management/Construction Management group in Houston, Texas for Summer 2025!  This opportunity is in-office, not virtual. Current students will have the chance to gain hands on experience and work alongside professional engineers on construction projects. As an intern you will contribute to projects and apply what you are learning in your college coursework. This is a great opportunity for a student to get experience in a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm. Relocation and housing are NOT provided for these positions.

Responsibilities:

Perform specific and limited tasks within a broader assignmentApply standard practices and techniques in specific situationsAssist construction manager as neededCollect, adjust, and correlate perform calculations, and recognize discrepancies in results

Qualifications

Current student pursuing a BS or MS degree in one of the majors listed aboveGraduation date of August 2025 or later

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Primavera, MS Project, Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), Excel, Cost Estimating SoftwareCMIT and/or FEStudent organizational involvement
