TITLE:                             Marketing Intelligence Internship - 2025

LOCATION:                   Carmel IN or Chicago IL or Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone)

CNO’s Marketing Intelligence Intern program is designed to introduce college students to the application of marketing skills in insurance. 

This is a paid internship, at competitive rates of $21-$23/hour depending on location. 

The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.

As a Marketing Intelligence Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Summarize consumer trends, competitor moves, and key insights for an internal company newsletterAid in the planning, fielding, and analysis of consumer researchConduct research to build customer personasConduct “special project” research on industry disruptors, innovations, and market opportunities

Qualified candidates for a Marketing Intelligence Intern position will have:

Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related disciplineStatus as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of Dec 2025 – June 2027Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summerExperience using Microsoft Excel, Office productsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAn inquisitive mindset to aid in research-related activities

CNO embraces flexibility and encourages you to work where you’re most productive.  For students residing within 60 miles of CNO’s Carmel, IN or Chicago corporate office, interns will have access to come into the office.  If there are groups of interns near either location, informal lunches may also be arranged.  For interns not residing within 60 miles of a CNO corporate office, CNO also offers internships as fully remote / work-from-home from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
