Summer 2025 ME Digital & Brand Marketing Intern (Minneapolis, MN)

Role Overview:   

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Summer 2025 (ME) Miracle Ear Digital & Brand Marketing Internship. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. 

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The Digital and Brand Marketing Intern will support the ME Foundation on both creative and analytical marketing initiatives. This role involves managing various projects related to digital marketing, web analytics, SEO optimization, CRM research and content creation. This role will research, recommend, implement, and monitor activities that help improve the marketing performance of our non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

Audit and optimize the content of a newly launched website Research and recommend updates to improve user experience and search rankings Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics Assist in developing a Google Grant strategy and build a content calendar to drive results for late 2025 Plan and manage social media campaigns  Conduct research on CRM solutions, including evaluating current systems and exploring third-party options

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: 

A sophomore or junior in a 4-year degree program currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field Experience with Adobe Google Analytics platforms, Google Ads, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with social media marketing and content management.

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

Strong organizational skills and project management experience. Experience with copywriting and visual design within brand guidelines Understanding of marketing practices Experienced in using data to drive decision-making Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines  Metric oriented, analytical capabilities to assess campaign performance
