What It’s Like
The Gateway Platform Engineering team at IT is dedicated to building and maintaining a robust and scalable API Gateway platform that powers our core IT services and platform. As an intern, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Engineering intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our gateway platform developers. You'll work closely with the team to:
Provide technical support: Assist developers with troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving problems related to the gateway platform.Create documentation & Train AI Assistant: Develop clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and guides to help developers effectively use and understand the platform's features and capabilities.Conduct training sessions: Deliver training workshops and presentations to educate developers on best practices, new features, and updates to the gateway platform.Contribute to product improvements: Gather feedback from developers and identify areas for enhancement to improve the overall user experience.Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate technical support to gateway platform developers.Train AI Assistant with comprehensive and user-friendly documentation.Deliver engaging and informative training sessions.Collaborate with the team to identify and implement product improvements.What It Takes
Networking Fundamentals, including proficiency in any programming languages like Java, Python, or GoLang
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree programEmployees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
