**Job Description** **Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Assist as contact for customer and address their inquiries and concerns promptly. + Collaborate with colleagues and internal group as needed to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines. + Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement. + Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and new products or services. + Participate in sales team meetings to align strategies and offerings. + Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status using Power BI. Location: candidate must live in Chattanooga, TN or Cleveland, TN area **Requirements** The qualified candidate will be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
