This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Development Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with our software development team to write JavaScript code that captures analytics from websites and mobile apps. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for writing code to capture media pixels and integrate with third-party media partners for MarTech platforms to optimize media spend.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain JavaScript code to capture analytics from web and mobile applications.

Write code to capture media pixels and ensure proper integration with third-party media partners.

Collaborate with the development team to implement and test new features.

Assist in the optimization of media spend through data analysis and integration with MarTech platforms.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.

Troubleshoot and debug issues related to analytics and media pixel tracking.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of JavaScript and experience with web development.

Familiarity with mobile app development and analytics tracking.

Knowledge of media pixels and integration with third-party media partners is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MarTech platforms and optimizing media spend.

Knowledge of other programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and Python.

Previous internship or project experience in software development or analytics.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
