This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It’s Like

Our Talent Management team helps to develop and deliver solutions that enable employees and leaders to manage an impactful career at T-Mobile! From performance management and development assessments, to mentoring, talent reviews and Executive Development, we help everyone on team Magenta achieve their performance and development goals.

What You’ll Do

Our summer 2025 Talent Management Intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with members of our team to create a cohesive measurement strategy, up-level our Ops Review process and materials, and identify opportunities for automation across our programs. Working with program data in the context of our strategy, you will help us get even better at measuring and managing our programs’ impact on the organization. Some activities include building reports, developing scorecards, creating surveys, doing data analysis, unpacking insights, and exploring innovative strategies including software and AI options to automate and streamline our processes.

What It Takes

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree programEmployees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
