Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) on the development and implementation of programs and solutions. Support Gulfstream University on the execution of initiatives to deliver on the annual HR headcount plan for identified customer groups. Design and deliver key metrics and dashboards to identify project effectiveness. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Assist with special projects as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Must be available to work full time 40 hours a week in person for 12 weeks during the summer semester - May/June - August/September. Must be currently seeking a bachelors or masters level degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related degree. Must graduate after August 2025 or must be planning to move on to the next level of education in the Fall 2025 semester. Must have a cumulative 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher at time of application and must be listed on submitted resume. Resumes without GPA will not be considered. Transcripts will be checked, and we do not average transfer credits from one institution to another. Freshman, please list high school GPA. New graduate students, please list undergraduate GPA. Strong customer service skills and organizational skills Strong computer skills which includes being familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Excellent interpersonal and written skills Must have you own reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship.
