As a Technology Consulting Intern at Armanino, you will help our clients achieve their desired results through embracing new technologies, improving business processes, working on a project team to help our clients make informed business decisions. You will gain hands-on experience, working alongside professionals at all levels that will provide you with actual insight into the field of consulting, through technology implementation projects. Your internship will provide you with the same exposure to Armanino as our staff-level hires. You can expect your 8 weeks at Armanino to be a memorable summer of trainings, client work and networking activities.

Job Responsibilities

Gain real-world exposure to how consultants show up as trusted business advisors and help make a positive impact in their day to day business, especially for end users working in the finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations departments

Work with clients to build close relationships, understand requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technology, how to map their requirements, configure, test and train the client on their to-be solution

Creatively problem-solve, gather information to support the team to make high-quality, data-driven decisions

Understand client communications on a project team, the importance of responsiveness and how to deliver high quality presentations

Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client engagements

Document business requirements, configure the business application, perform system testing for solution readiness, and support team with security setup and data conversion process

Learn and teach Academy classes on how to navigate in the business application

Understand the tools and technologies project teams use to effectively communicate on status, progress, risks, blockers, approvals, and how teams work together efficiently

Experience the Armanino culture firsthand while working side by side with professionals from all levels of the firm (Staff, Senior, Manager, and Partner)

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program in accounting, finance, engineering, political science, STEM, or equivalent field and a graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026 strongly preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $31.00/hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
