Key Responsibilities Campus Tours & Guest Engagement + Lead prospective students and families onin-person campus tours, providing insights into both UF’s physical campus and its academic and student life offerings. + Utilizestorytelling techniquesto create a memorable, engaging experience that highlights what makes UF special. + Conduct indoor tours during inclement weather and adapt to different audience needs. Campus Experience Team Support + Serve as a representative atlarge visit and virtual events, providing tours, greeting guests, assisting with check-in, and offering directional guidance. This may include evenings and weekends. + Support the daily operations of theWelcome Center and Criser Hall front desk, delivering excellent customer service. + Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students and families. + Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
