DTE Vantage, a subsidiary of DTE Energy, is seeking ambitious, energetic, quantitatively adept individuals with an interest in high visibility roles in finance and strategy for its Summer Associate Program.
A strong candidate possesses a broad range of financial and commercial skills, can manage the details of complex transactions, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment in rapidly evolving markets.
The Program
The Summer Associate Program provides first year MBA or similar advanced degree candidates the opportunity to experience working within multi‐disciplinary teams formed to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute energy‐related transactions and strategies.
Key Accountabilities Identifying and screening potential acquisitions Conducting valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration for an acquisition Developing and negotiating the pricing and structure for development projects Evaluating investments in new renewable energy technologies Developing a marketing plan to grow an existing business line Researching and assessing industry competitors Minimum Education & Experience RequirementsCurrently pursuing an MBA or other advanced degree in a related field, from a top-tier school
