Our internship program provides students with opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in all areas of business and technical fields. We are a premier Caterpillar dealership and are known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country! As we enter our 9th successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships and recommend improvements to existing processes. With the support of the hiring manager, you will be tasked to develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. As an intern at MacAllister, you will work cross-functionally, across state lines, and will collaborate with other interns and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer! Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor program with an accredited college
