Summer Graduate Associate, Production Finance

**About the Role & Program**
Disney has explored new worlds through magical storytelling since its first completely live-action film, Treasure Island in 1950. Across pirate-laden high-seas or down a mysterious rabbit hole, Disney’s collaborations with renowned artists and filmmakers have produced some of the most successful live-action family films in history, including Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, the Pirates of the Caribbean films, The Jungle Book, Cinderella, and Beauty & The Beast, with more extraordinary stories on the horizon.
The Studio Production Finance department is looking for a Summer 2025 Graduate Associate to join their team that oversees the full life cycle financial management of Disney’s live action slate of productions! If selected for this role, you will report to the Director of Budgeting & Financial Analysis.
**What You Will Do**
+ Provide financial analysis related to historical trends, production spending forecasting, domestic and international production incentives and feature film budgeting
+ Assist executives in day-to-day production finance activities
+ Assist with feature film budgeting and forecasting
+ Build ad hoc projects
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Expertise in Excel including financial modeling and in PowerPoint
+ Proficient with Data Visualization Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Access, and/or Visio)
+ Strong quantitative skills
+ Someone who take initiative, curious, and wants to learn
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous entertainment industry experience
+ Previous experience in film or television production
+ Experience using Movie Magic Budgeting
**Education Requirement**
+ Currently pursuing a master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent graduate degree with a focus in Finance or related area
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
+ Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation OR must have graduated from a college/university master’s program within 6 months at time of application posting
+ Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
+ Position is located in Burbank, CA
**Additional Information**
+ The approximate dates of this internship are May 2025 through August 2025
+ Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST onsite
+ Must have reliable transportation to/from work
