Summer Help - General Production
**Description** Student Helper must work closely with the machine operator, manufacturing supervisor, and Quality Assurance to assure that all production objectives are efficiency achieved. **Essential Duties and Tasks** + Assist operator as needed to ensure that the rewind machinery is working properly and safely. + Monitor the quality of the material being processed to ensure compliance to company and customer quality specifications. Seek assistance on any product quality issue during run. + Responsible for wrapping/packaging of material from machine center. + Perform variety of quality checks on product as outlined in job specifications. + Prepare new pallets as needed for job run. + Label all pallets/skids with correct labeling. + Pack products neatly onto the pallets and according to customer specifications + Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. **Qualifications, Education, and Experience** + Good verbal & written communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Ability to lift an average of 50 lbs. + Eager and can-do attitude! **What We Offer You!** + Gain Practical Experience! + Flexible Schedules with overtime opportunities! + Paid holidays! + Enhance Skill Set! + Build Professional Network! + Make new friends! + Company events! + Cookouts!
