Position Summary:

The position ensures the best in class execution for Samsung Delivery & Installation eCOM Logistics Operations
Responsible for roll-out of Delivery Execution Platform across Home Appliance & Visual Display
Track & create Carrier level score / analysis, create dashboards & support other analysts with data requests on Dispatch Track Platform

Work on ‘Digital Twin’ initiative to simulate Warehouse Operations & drive efficiency
Collaborate with Internal & External partners including 3PLs

Role and Responsibilities

Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamicsAssist team in capturing the daily NPS data & develop / manage dashboardsProvide data insights on current & new-launch productsIdentify customer feedback trends tied to delivery & installation of Samsung productsCoordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requestedSupport inter-department projects/activities as determined necessaryWork proactively with internal & external partners & support any one-off or recurring data requestAssist internal partners with data requests on critical issues and standard daily / weekly requestsFollow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelinesComplete all other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, pursuing a relevant graduate degree, and be in their final or penultimate year of study.Pursuing a Master's in Business or Supply Chain ManagementPrior experience in Visibility Platform a plusHigh-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experienceWell versed analytical skillsGood social and team working skillsProficient ability in working within Excel & Access
