The Position

Join our Quality Assurance team as an intern and play a key role in supplier verification and quality compliance. You will ensure raw material specifications align with the Approved Supplier List, verify documentation accuracy, and coordinate with vendors to obtain missing or updated information. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to support the vendor onboarding process. This internship offers valuable experience in supplier management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 12-week, fully onsite Summer Internship Program paying $19.00/hr.   

Responsibilities

Maintain and update records in the Quality Management System (Veeva) Verify the accuracy and completeness of supplier and raw material records Conduct gap analysis to identify missing or outdated documentation and take steps to resolve discrepancies Research vendor contact information and communicate via email to request necessary documents Compile, organize, and upload relevant documents into the Quality Management System for proper record-keeping and compliance

Requirements: 

Currently enrolled student at an Accredited University or College and majoring in a scientific discipline  Strong professional communication skills for interacting with external vendors Ability to follow company procedures, work instructions, and policies with accuracy Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Ability to review and evaluate data sets (e.g., company names, site addresses, part numbers, and units of measure) for accuracy and completeness

Preferred: 

Familiarity with basic supply chain management principles Exposure to pharmaceutical quality management systems and practices Interest in learning about pharmaceutical quality sampling and incoming inspection principles Wisconsin pay range $9,120—$9,120 USD
