We are looking for our team, within the Global Project and Planning Management department of Sanofi Research and Development, in conjunction with your tutor and within an international team, a work-study student to participate in the organization and the execution of multidisciplinary project activities in the field of Neurology and Ophthalmology. You will acquire professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, particularly in Project Management, and also knowledge of pharmaceutical development.

Main Responsibilities:  

Participate in the management of project activities (e.g. monitoring the progress of the project in compliance with deadlines, costs and resources, etc.)

Contribute to the preparation of governance meeting working with Development Team Members as well as the Medical, Commercial and Market Access Department.

Contribute to the development and updating of critical project documents, 

Ensure management of SharePoint for project monitoring, 

Take part in the preparation of team meetings (agenda, presentation, etc.)

About You

Basic Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or higher in Public Health (MPH) or related field, with Management and Pharmaceutical focus/course work, at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027

Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Sanofi 

Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the internship

Must have permanent US work authorization 

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrate autonomy, good interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and synthesize information, idea generation and proposal, open-minded, motivated, intellectual curiosity, enjoy working in a team atmosphere

Proof of initial experience or knowledge in the field of Project Management; strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint). Understanding of planning tools would be a plus.

Fluent in English, French would be a plus
