This position is based in our Buffalo, NY office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule with a few days remote per week.

We offer internships across a variety of departments and locations throughout the U.S., giving you the chance to work at one of our dynamic offices. Our internships are hybrid, blending hands-on, in-office experience with the flexibility of remote work. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Beyond just work, our program includes exclusive opportunities for growth, like personalized learning & development sessions, interactive training, executive speaker events, and exciting group projects. Department summary:
This role will support our team of Learning and Development professionals, who play a critical role in helping the business grow and succeed. We design and deliver training programs that equip our leaders with the skills they need to navigate complex challenges, foster a culture support and communication, and drive organizational success. Additionally, we enhance our sales team's capabilities through consultative selling and targeted coaching, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet and exceed their goals. Our commitment to excellence extends to new hires as well, as we provide thorough orientation programs that help them integrate into our company culture and hit the ground running.
Your role:
Support the evaluation of the effectiveness of a new sales training program
Create training videos using Synthesia (video creation tool)
Coordinate training program logistics
Enter attendance into our Learning Management System (LMS) and run reporting
Identify meaningful content available on the internet for micro learning content
Based on experience: Design training activities, and/or objectives, and content
What you bring to the role:
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.
Organized
Great communication skills – both written and verbal
Skilled at MS Office Tools: Word, PPT, Outlook
Good technical aptitude
Preferred: Learning design (ADDIE, etc.) knowledge
Preferred: Adult Learning Styles/Theory knowledge
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
