This position is based in our Buffalo, NY office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule with a few days remote per week.   

 

Program details:  

 

We offer internships across a variety of departments and locations throughout the U.S., giving you the chance to work at one of our dynamic offices. Our internships are hybrid, blending hands-on, in-office experience with the flexibility of remote work. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Beyond just work, our program includes exclusive opportunities for growth, like personalized learning & development sessions, interactive training, executive speaker events, and exciting group projects. Important dates:  

 

March: Applications Open (some postings may close early due to applicant volume)  

March – April: Recruiters and hiring managers will review applications and reach out to candidates on a rolling basis. Timing of outreach for each internship position may vary, and some interviews might start sooner than others, but candidates can expect to hear by the end of April if selected for an interview. 

May: All interviews to be completed and offers to be made 

June 2nd – August 8th: First cohort start & end date 

June 16th – August 22nd: Second cohort start & end date 

 

Department summary: 

 

We are seeking two interns to support our Marketing department, which helps execute on key multi-vendor marketing programs to meet customer business outcomes. We are also responsible for the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and programs. We develop an understanding of Ingram Micro reseller customer base for effective planning and execution of activities and events. We manage and own a portion of the overall marketing plan, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI reporting. We ensure adequate flow of information with various internal groups and with our clients. 

 

Your role: 

 

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure branding, concepts and strategy are incorporated cohesively in onsite execution of activities  

Manage various multi-faceted projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment  

Work closely with counterparts within the organization to help execute campaigns such as multi and single vendor growth campaigns, in-person trainings, and digital marketing campaigns  

 

What you bring to the role: 

 

Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program 

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, with a strong interest in marketing, and a desire to learn and contribute to real-world marketing initiatives 

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work 

Experience with project management   

Experience with email marketing, paid digital advertising, and other digital platforms and strategies  

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

 

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
