Overview:
Position will assist with various Procurement support and programs.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Management
+ Expand and enhance existing SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency.
+ Review and validate current procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance.
+ Standardize processes across teams and departments.
+ Update and maintain SOP documentation as needed.
+ Coordinate with key stakeholders, including buyers, to gather input and implement changes.
+ Ensure SOPs are properly uploaded and organized in the system.
Nonessential Job Functions:
Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Job Specifications/Skills:
Well organized with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Attention to detail needed. Computer: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma. College Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Project Management currently in Progress.
