Position: Summer Internship - Reconciliation Compliance
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Reconciliation Compliance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reconciliation compliance processes within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly scorecards and reports for senior managementHelp perform reconciliation compliance audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentationCollaborate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirementsAssist in the preparation of risk assessments of key financial accountsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.Location: Waterbury, CT
