The Opportunity
The Corporate Strategy team is seeking a highly-motivated and intellectually curious intern to support critical initiatives focused on driving long-term growth and enhancing competitive advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic decision-making processes and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will work closely with senior corporate strategy team members, assisting in research, analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations.What You'll Be DoingConduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor landscape, key players, and potential opportunities for growth. Assess competitor strategies and identify potential areas for differentiation. Work with teams across different departments to gather information and align on strategic direction.Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions. Create presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to the team and senior leadership. It is imperative that REGENXBIO employees embody our core values by working collaboratively, building strong relationships and using clear communication to meet shared objectives.What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a relevant STEM field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.    Excellent research and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.    Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    A strong interest in corporate strategy and business development.$22 - $26 an hourWhy You Should Apply
